Yes, we offer flexible scheduling options. You can select any date up to 14 days in advance and choose from three time slots: morning (9:00-12:00), afternoon (12:00-15:00), or evening (15:00-18:00). For occasions requiring precise timing such as proposals, anniversaries, or corporate events, we provide a premium service with 30-minute delivery windows at an additional S$15. Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Weekend deliveries are available on Saturdays between 10:00-14:00. Please note that Sunday deliveries are not currently offered.

We accept multiple payment options for your convenience: Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards, PayNow, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer to our DBS account. All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. For corporate clients placing regular orders, we offer NET 30 payment terms after account verification. Cash on delivery is available for orders within Central Singapore with a minimum purchase of S$80. Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient by phone 30 minutes before arrival. If no one is available at the delivery address, we can leave the bouquet with a neighbor, building reception, or security guard with the recipient's permission. You will receive real-time SMS updates about delivery status. In cases where flowers cannot be delivered after two attempts, a full refund or replacement order will be processed within 3 business days.
