3. Order Placement and Acceptance

4. Pricing and Payment

We strive to deliver your flowers on time and in perfect condition. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or traffic, may affect delivery schedules.

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Singapore and specified surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

5.2 Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact them using the information provided. If delivery cannot be completed, the flowers may be left in a safe location or returned to our facility, and redelivery fees may apply.

6. Product Quality and Substitutions

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our flowers. However, as flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. In cases where specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and color scheme.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value.

7.1 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including recipient name, address, and contact details. Mutepo is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mutepo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Mutepo and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
